This whole-home restoration reworked a 1962 split-level ranch on Portland's west side from the studs out. The brief was simple: keep the era-appropriate charm, add the amenities a modern family actually uses.
We enlarged the kitchen with custom cabinetry and Cortez quartz counters, then added a wine bar and a dedicated coffee station. Black Marvin 12-foot sliding glass doors pull daylight deep into the living spaces. Every bathroom was rebuilt with white subway tile, brushed-brass fittings, and marble floors.

The 12-foot sliders connect the living spaces to a concrete patio and established garden. The split-level's clean exterior lines anchor the whole restoration.
