Woodland Construction Group started in 2008 with a single conviction: that Portland homeowners deserved a remodeling team that treated their homes the way they would treat their own. Founder Tyrone Woodland had spent years on job sites watching the same problems play out: missed deadlines, surprise change orders, designers and builders pointing fingers. He set out to build something different.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every completed project is backed by our 1-year craftsmanship warranty. If something we built doesn’t perform as it should within that window, we come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures, and finishes apply on top of our craftsmanship coverage.
